Blasting Robot Spark Plugs Into Dust

Remember in the movie Cars when Lightning had his daydream that he was Lightning Storm? He was zooming through the sky blasting spark plug robots into dust (exactly what I hope to do if I grow up!).

Yep, that was awesome. I really wanted to see more of that action. Did you? Cause if you did, you're in luck. We figured that tiny part of the movie might make a great arcade game: "Lightning McQueen as Lightning Storm!"

When you drive into Radiator Springs, you'll find Lightning's arcade game sitting outside his new racing headquarters.

Just pull your tires up to the arcade game pedals. You'll play as Lightning blasting through outer space, packed with guided rockets, and battling the space minions of none other than Zurg!

Well, it's not exactly Zurg from Buzz Lightyear. Even better -- it's the Cars version of Zurg!

Here's a sneak peek at some concept art for Zurg as a train.

There'll be other cool games to play in World of Cars. Some of them will look like games, like this arcade game. Other ones you'll have to discover for yourself. You might just take a back road and suddenly find yourself on one crazy ride.
