Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage Quest

Quest Description
This quest is given to all guest to the Disneyland Resort who visit the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage attraction. Since the VMK card with the code comes with the quest, there is no need for the questions except amusement while waiting in the queue for the attraction, and the first version of this "quest" didn't even include the card. Prizes, questions, and answers are as follows.
Prizes
The prize card is included on the 5 July Version. There are no prizes on the 11 June version.
