Professor Wiggle is running out of supplies at his House of Giggles (Conveniently located shortly after the Toon HQ on Punchline Place, stop by now!), and Toon HQ asks you to stop by and see what's up. Apparently Cogs have been stealing his supply of ink and throwing in into the Toontown Central pond. Your first job is to go fish for those bottles of ink!

Professor Wiggle is not quite happy yet though. He feels that if there were less Bloodsuckers, he wouldn't have such a problem getting ink. Before he'll give you your Laff boost, you need to defeat 6 Bloodsuckers in Toontown Central.
